Our client is a Residential & Light Commercial Exterior Remodeling General Contractor who specialize in building repair projects, storm damage, rebuilds, roofing, siding, gutters and windows. They opened their doors in 2019 with an exciting vision for smart, yet aggressive growth throughout the Mid Atlantic region of the United States.
THE ROLE:
The role they needed to fill- Sales/Project Managers. Truly the backbone of their company. Their model was a little different then most of their competitors in the industry, so their Sales/Project Managers needed to be polished, customer facing, well organized professionals who were sales driven but who would also provide elite customer service and an end product that was a step above their competition. This position was also largely commission driven so its a role where these Project Managers needed the confidence to bet on not only the company, but themselves.

Our client did not require direct industry experience. They knew their competition well, were not overly impressed, and wanted to bring a new type of experience into the industry for their customers. The client gave us a soft set of skills & personality traits they they preferred- but these are not the things found by scanning through resumes.
